Sandtray Therapy is an alternative to 'talk' therapy, and is used as a communication tool to promote change. It incorporates elements of play therapy and analytic work. Using a tray filled with sand and miniature figures, you can create a scene or picture which can facilitate resolution of conflict or can promote awareness of unconscious processes.
