My specialties include working with women's issues, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, depression and anxiety, and mindfulness training.

For most of us, the past year has been a year of chaos, change and loss.
Everyone experienced some form of loss, but the most universal was the loss of normal connection.
We all have experienced anxiety as change became a constant.
With all the changes though came new ideas and the chance for growth.
As always, it is in times of crisis that we can have the most growth.

Many of us have had to become more flexible in the way that we reach out to each other or in how we work or learn.
