Whether you are five or ninety-five or somewhere in-between, we are here to help you as an individual, a couple, or as a family. My hope is to journey alongside you, through your chapter or chapters, on a path of growth and healing with respect and kindness to help you achieve what you want in life and relationships. Sometimes life can feel a little stressful or overwhelming.

Perhaps you struggle with bouts of depression and/or anxiety that impacts your life differently than you'd like. Here are a few questions you can ask yourself. Then you decide, is it time to take the first step on a journey of help, healing, and hope. Am I engaged in self-defeating behaviors such as drugs, alcohol, self-harm, or self-sabotage? Am I having a difficult time understanding my feelings or emotions, do I feel out of control?

Do I find myself in need of support or encouragement, do I need accountability to reach my next level of personal growth or healing? What can you expect at your first appointment? We provide a safe place for you, it is your safe space for the therapeutic process to unfold.
Services
If kids don't learn coping skills, they may develop behaviors that manifest in a number of unhealthy ways.
We are here to help kids learn to cope with challenges & struggles.
The use of play in therapy and art in the therapeutic process is helpful for reducing the effects of trauma, or life events, promotes conflict resolution and can build self-confidence.
Child therapy provides a child-friendly space for your child to communicate through play.
Play may include things like Legos, games, puzzles, or the use of an art medium, these are all useful means of allowing your child to feel comfortable during the therapeutic process allowing them to communicate in what they know best, play.
When your family is healthy and happy, all seems right in the world.
Families experience their greatest joys within the confines of a nurturing, stable, and healthy family relationship.
Unfortunately, not all families are nurturing, stable, healthy and happy all the time.
There are many challenges in life that can affect the dynamic in your family such as; work, school, everyday life stresses, a family crisis, mental health challenges, traumatic experiences, death, finances, behavioral issues.
These challenges may require the help of a therapist to bring chang or some sort of resolution.
Relationships can be difficult at times and when things don't go as planned, we might start acting in ways that might even surprise ourselves.
We know that sometimes relationships get stuck in patterns that are not working for you as a couple.
These patterns can lead to loss of intimacy, living as roommates, infidelity, separation, or even divorce.
As hopeless as you may feel in your situation, there is hope and the possibility for a couple to repair, rebuild, and rekindle their relationship, perhaps even better than before.
Struggles with anxiety, depression, addiction, loneliness, loss, or relational issues may feel insurmountable at times.
We are here to work together with you in the process of change or learning strategic ways of coping with the challenge in a more manageable way.
In individual therapy, you the client work one-on-one with a therapist/counselor on issues that challenge or interfere with your life, identifying aspects or behaviors you would like to change, in hopes of working toward goals you have set for yourself.
Working with a residential group, housing complex, or organized group provides an opportunity for a therapist and a group of individuals to explore challenges unique to the group.
The therapist may focus on a given issue or issues pertinent to the group, providing individualized psycho-education or working through the many challenges associated with living in a group setting.
Aiding in the development of communication skills along with tools used for active listening.
Through the process we encourage and promote self-awareness, self reflection, and self growth as change begins with us.
