When it comes to your mental health and overall well-being, it is important to have a knowledgeable professional you can turn to. Over the years, I have provided counseling and psychotherapeutic services to clients throughout New Jersey. My expertise covers a broad spectrum of mental health services. Professionally, I am an Ivy League-educated and seasoned psychotherapist with over 20 years working with adults, adolescents, and children.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree with a Concentration in Direct Practice from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women's Studies from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ (1998). I also hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.

Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Certified School Social Worker. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety and panic attacks, depression, grief, young adult transition issues, gender identity, sexuality, divorce, and maternal mental health.
Services
We currently accept the following insurance and EAP plans.
Please note, not all therapists are paneled with all plans.
We also have five therapists who offer therapy at a reduced rate of $50 per session to help meet the needs of the community.
Out of Network Benefits - If you do not see your insurance plan listed, as a courtesy we are able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
You pay the session fee directly to your therapist each session and your insurance company reimburses you based on your contract.
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Occasionally it may be better to go on with a session, rather than stop or postpone work on a particular issue.
When this extension is more than 10 minutes, your therapist will tell you, because sessions that are extended beyond 10 minutes will be charged on a prorated basis.
Some insurances will cover extended sessions based on medical necessity criteria.
Psychotherapy is unique to the individual and the length of treatment cannot be determined from the outset.
Therapy depends on many factors in relation to the individual and to the scope of issues to be addressed.
