I work with a variety of individuals that want to work on improving themselves in the areas of how they feel, think, behave and interact with others. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help facilitate positive change in your life. CBT works to help behavior challenges of a variety of types for children through adults of all levels of functioning and across all settings.

I help people with difficulties functioning, coping, understanding the self and others, managing stress and anger, dealing with uncomfortable situations personally and socially. As a Behavior Specialist and Certified CBT clinician with 30 years of experience, I help individuals understand why we do what we do and take a look at environment and interactions with others to facilitate positive change.
