Mandy uses an integrative approach to therapy that is collaborative, solution-focused, and aimed at creating meaningful movement towards positive change. She provides a safe, secure, and non-judgmental environment in which clients can feel free to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. Mandy is a member of the LGBTQ community and thoroughly enjoys helping clients overcome their fear and anxiety and move towards a more authentic life.

Mandy additionally enjoys helping couples and families improve communication and overall relationship dynamics. Mandy believes that change happens when knowledge and experiences are shared, through which new possibilities and alternative ways of being are highlighted. Mandy Snider is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

She received her Master's degree in marriage and family therapy (MFT) from Northcentral University's MFT degree program which is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE).
Services
During individual sessions, the client works one-on-one with the therapist to address client concerns and presenting problems.
Time will be devoted to exploring individual feelings, beliefs, and past memories, including family history, in order to discover how those life elements may be influencing the thoughts and behaviors of today.
Adjustment: At times it can be difficult to cope with the major changes, losses, and events that occur in life.
Individual therapy can provide you with the support needed to adjust to these changes.
Couple therapy works to address the issues that exist within a relationship.
Through both individual and conjoint sessions, each individual will be supported and encouraged as they work to identify their personal relationship needs and learn to communicate those needs to their partner in a manner that is healthy and effective.
Communication: Sometimes the only thing that effects a couple's inability to maintain a healthy and loving relationship is communication.
Couple therapy can assist you and your partner with opening up the lines of communication in a manner that is safe and supportive for both indivdiuals.
Family therapy involves the treatment of an entire family unit through individual, conjoint, and whole-family sessions.
The system as a whole is examined in order to identify the changes in communication and functioning that can be made in order to bring about positive changes for all.
