Dr. Marshall is a Nationally Credentialed Psychologist by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Marshall is also a Certified Sexual Offender Treatment Provider in Virginia, which is a nationally recognized credential in the evaluation and treatment of sexual offenders.
In addition, Dr. Marshall completed an APA-accredited internship at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital in Hammonton, New Jersey. For over fifteen years, Dr. Marshall has provided psychological services including, but not exclusive to, psychological evaluation, individual & group psychotherapy, supervision of licensed psychology staff, psychological consultation, and mental health/substance abuse program management.
She has provided such services in correctional institutions, community mental health agencies, public, private, and charter schools, public & private hospitals, and with military personnel. These experiences have included the management of multimillion dollar contracts with the Department of Corrections.
