I offer counseling for individuals and couples struggling with sadness, depression, worry, anxiety, marriage and relationship issues, and stress.

I also specialize in working with the very unique needs of teens and young adults. Counseling does not have to go on for many months or years to bring about solutions or change. Often clients find that their lives feel brighter and more manageable after just a few sessions.
