Reinforcing resilience in First Responders and their families with culturally competent therapists and consultation services. It takes more than courage and commitment to be a first responder. Daily, these men and women set aside all else to serve their communities and risk their own lives to help others. In addition to the everyday challenges of this work, the cumulative stress can have an impact on these individuals and their families.

In Redmond, Washington our counselors specialize in the care of First Responders and their families. With understanding and sensitivity to their cultures regarding work and personal life, we provide confidential, comprehensive, and compassionate support for Police, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch personnel and their families. While First Responders are our highest priority, our therapists do see non-First Responder clients by request when there are openings available.

We assist those who have been impacted by critical incidents, officer involved shootings, administration betrayal, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, cumulative stress and PTSD.
