The group is for adolescent males and females from ages 13-18 years old (still in high school).
The group is an ongoing adolescent psychotherapy group that focuses on promoting mental health by addressing mood issues, self-esteem, assertiveness and communication, healthy boundaries, social struggles, decision making, and positive coping skills.

Amanda is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides assessment and counseling to individuals, families and groups.
She has over 16 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings: out-patient mental health clinics, in-patient and partial psychiatric hospital programs, emergency rooms and schools.
Amanda has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression and other mood issues, attention and learning difficulties, codependency issues, oppositional behaviors, self-injurious and self-destructive behaviors, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, social struggles, struggles with life transitions, loss and trauma.

Lisa has extensive experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem/self-confidence issues, social issues, as well as behavioral issues and attention issues in childhood and adolescence.
