Individual therapy is an opportunity to work one-on-one with Dr. Graham to explore any and all concerns you may have. Often, this helps people get at the root of issues that have caused them concern across their lives. If you feel your relationship could use some help, whether just some mild adjusting or significant work, this is an opportunity to understand the issues that have contributed to struggles in your relationship.

Psychological assessment can assist you with three primary areas: 1) personality testing, 2) cognitive testing, and 3) career testing. We may find that one or more of these forms of testing could assist us in the process of therapy as well. At our core, we are spiritual beings as well as embodied ones. Being bumped around by life can leave us feeling adrift spiritually, questioning any beliefs or relationship with God we may have had.

Feeling disconnected in this way may be. If you have struggled with issues long enough, you may want or feel the need to get to the bottom of them.
Services
Payment is due at the time of service.
Please have your payment ready at the beginning of the session to maximize our time together.
You may pay with cash or check or credit card (except American Express).
You may submit receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You will receive a receipt at the end of the every month, and I will be happy to work with you to provide anything else you will need for insurance reimbursement.
Currently, my standard fee for one clinical hour (50 minutes) of therapy is $225.
Often the best way to choose a therapist is to use your instincts about what "feels right" in the first few interactions.
For instance, do you sense that the therapist is seeming to "get you" and the issues you are bring to counseling?
Is there a sense of give and take or does the interaction seem stiff or formal?
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have and discuss any aspect of counseling when you make your first call.
We will work with you to optimize whatever insurance you have.
When I first meet you in my office (or even before by way of texting, emails, or the phone), my primary focus is to get to know you as a person.
I believe that all suffering is first and foremost, human.
We are not "illnesses" or "diagnoses" or "conditions, " but we are all human beings struggling with what life has thrown at us and our responses to it.
So, I will want to know as much about you as possible: what is causing you stress or pain, what is your history, when did you first notice your challenge(s), what you experience with your pain (any symptoms), and anything else you may want to discuss.
Individual therapy is an opportunity to work one-on-one with Dr. Graham to explore any and all concerns you may have.
Often, this helps people get at the root of issues that have caused them concern across their lives.
At the outset, it is important for me to state that my approach to psychotherapy is not "brief, " nor is it established by today's insurance companies.
Most people know intuitively, I believe, that human beings are complex, that changing one's life is one of the most difficult challenges people face, and that decades of living one way cannot be magically erased in just a few sessions.
If you feel your relationship could use some help, whether just some mild adjusting or significant work, this is an opportunity to understand the issues that have contributed to struggles in your relationship, and then to make the necessary changes that will not only heal your connection, but will likely help you more healthy as an individual in the process.
Very few issues create as much distress as difficulties in your relationship with your spouse or partner.
We have the capacity to bring such joy and love to one another; and we can make life on earth a living hell for one another also.
