Cosmin holds degrees in Psychology and Medicine and he is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator, which allows him to offer relevant coaching and counseling, specifically adjusted to one's social and cultural context. Cosmin is fluent in English, French and Romanian. After 20 years of working with people from all over the world I came to the conclusion that there are only a handful of obstacles that prevent us from becoming happy and fulfilled individuals.

Sometimes those obstacles translate into what we call anxiety, anger, depression, etc. But many times they are experienced as lack of purpose and meaning, restlessness, and inability to genuinely connect and really grasp 'life'. I use my training, skills and expertise to actually address the root of the issue. I do not squeeze you into a theory, instead, I custom my interventions according to your personality, needs and circumstances.

CHALLY GRUNDWAG holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from ITP Palo Alto and degrees from the Hebrew University Jerusalem.
