I provide psychotherapy for California & Washington State, and consultation for people everywhere. I am here to support and be with you in what you are wanting, using awareness in the present moment as a way to understand and release the pains of the past, fears of the future, and limiting old beliefs. I welcome diversity and practice from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-racist approach.
I want to support people in deconstructing systems of oppression. I tend to my growth and blind spots, and receive professional support through consultations and trainings. I am absolutely biased towards believing in change, growth, and healing. Sessions together can help you discover, reconnect to, use and understand your own skills and strengths.
I provide support for you learning new tools and resources, and I offer my presence, experiences and perspectives.

Your body, mind, and self (or consciousness, soul or spirit) are all a part of being human living on this Earth.
Each of these aspects has information for you.
Often we can become experts at listening to one aspect more than the others.
Psychotherapy is a chance to pay attention to what else is happening for you, learn new ways to support all of you, listen to your own wisdom and the wisdom of the world around you, and follow the inner healer within you.
Harm happens in relationship, and healing happens in relationship.
