Our first session will give you an opportunity to share your story and identify options to best meet your needs.
More time together relieves some of the pressure to "get it all out" in one session.
Feeling less rushed greatly helps my clients settle in and allow the experience to be more cathartic and healing.
If it's more convenient or your life is too hectic right now for face-to-face services, I also offer confidential, HIPAA compliant, counseling services.
