After completing in-patient treatment and early intensive counseling, Mark began working with Dr. Patrick Carnes, the founder of the field of sexual addiction, at Golden Valley Health Center in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
This work led to the publication of his first book that was called The Secret Sin, then renamed Faithful & True, which has been revised and is now titled, Healing the Wounds of Sexual Addiction, in its 19th printing.

There exists only one God, creator and sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and externally co-existing in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired, inerrant and trustworthy Word of God, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of human beings, and the final authority for all matters about which it speaks.
Human nature derives from two historical personas, male and female, created in God's image.
They were created perfect but they sinned, plunging themselves and all human beings into sin, guilt, suffering and death.

No, tell them that you're going to a conference on sexual health and that your intention is to lead a life of sexual integrity.
Give it a Promise keepers or proactive type of spin.
Or just tell them that you're going to a conference with men to help you be the kind of man you want to be. - Mark Laaser, M. Div., Ph.
Eventually you will want to tell her.
You won't want to live another day without the true intimacy of really being known.
You won't want to wonder whether or not she would leave if she found out.
