If you are seeking a therapist to help cope with the challenges that the pandemic has brought or you simply feel that it is time to reclaim your life, I am here to help. Since 1982, I have enabled people to find a way to smile again. Let's determine your needs in a private, safe, non-judgmental environment. Let me help empower you, develop a plan, stabilize, and deal with anger, sadness, anxiety, embarrassment, and more.

Privacy, discretion, and stability are important to your career and life. Sessions can be held privately at my office or via telephone, Skype, FaceTime, and other online means. We can work safely during this period and still get you the assistance you need. Your therapist should be like a well-worn pair of jeans: a comfortable fit! I am trained in many different approaches and can cater my services to suit your situation and needs.

Our virtual counseling sessions are perfect for when you don't feel comfortable leaving your home or private space! Before calling for an appointment, please consider contacting your health insurance provider to see if my services will be covered.

There are often times in life when certain issues or life events cause emotional distress, and problems in relationships can change how we view ourselves.
Often, individuals become overwhelmed with their emotions or they have problems in their relationships.
They may have difficulty concentrating at work or school, withdraw from friends and family, or find their emotional pain to be unbearable.
They feel anxious or unhappy for days at a time, can't sleep, lose their appetite, or have problems communicating.
Are there areas or issues in your life that are holding you back from personal development or leading a happy life?
I offer a wide range of counseling services that can help you work through these instances.
If you have been told that you might have, or you think that you might have any of the following problems, I can help.
Anxiety disorders including panic/anxiety, obsessive/compulsive disorders, and social phobias.
If you do not see your exact problem listed here, don't feel embarrassed or that your problem cannot be addressed.
Family counseling aims to promote better relationships and deeper understanding within the structure of a family.
My role is to provide a safe place where all parties involved can learn to communicate more effectively.
Often, the growth associated with therapy requires learning and practicing new methods of communication and behavior.
While changing learned behaviors and habits is difficult, I will act as your coach and support throughout the transition.
In addition to coaching, I frequently work with the family to reflect on incorporating more mindful communication into their relationships.
Research shows over 50% of marriages end in divorce and over 70% of second marriages end in divorce.
With statistics like that, there's a real need for quality marriage counseling.
Couples tend to wait far too long before getting help.
Unfortunately, many couples never enter into marriage counseling until they have already crossed the point of no return.
The reality is more marriages are failing than are succeeding.
If we look at the positives, or who is currently succeeding in marriage, according to Neil Clark Warren's data, only 25% of couples endure and state that they are truly happy!
