During the pandemic I will continue to meet with current and new clients remotely via video chat. Since you've come across my website, I would imagine that you're ready for a change. Do you feel that you've lost your spark or enthusiasm for things that you used to enjoy? Or, do you notice that you're not feeling as strong, able to make decisions, or laugh off criticism, as you have in the past.

Perhaps you've recently become an empty-nester, or are newly out of a relationship. Or, if you're depressed and feeling lost or anxious, Counseling can help! Clients often ask, "How long does therapy take?" There is no 'one size fits all' answer to this. My first thought is, what you gain from counseling is directly related to the amount of effort you put forth.

I see most clients bi-weekly. When a client or couple need more frequent sessions, I am happy to make that happen, until we feel that they are out of crisis. Then, I try to move them to bi-weekly, then monthly sessions, as quickly as I can.
