Helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges through character development and individualized, person-centered treatment planning. We use equine-assisted activities to improve the treatment process. A mental health professional and an equine specialist work together to achieve the treatment goals developed by the mental health professional and the individual or family.

The workshop will focus on healthy stress management and creating a healthy relationship with food.
