Casey Portner LMHC, CAP is the owner and director of all treatment services at CSWFL and the Cypress West Intensive Outpatient treatment program.
Casey is a Certified Addictions Professional who received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and his master's degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University.
Casey has completed focused course work on the physiological aspects of drug addiction and human psychology, as well as received extensive training on the treatment of co-occurring disorders.
