If you are looking for a counselor to help you find a renewed (or new) sense of healing balance in your life, I encourage you to be a good advocate for yourself.
Ask questions and watch for someone who listens carefully to you.
Your therapist is a professional who helps you 'come alive' to yourself.
I would be honored to serve in that capacity.
He has experience addressing issues of anxiety/ depression, major life changes, grief, spirituality, PTSD and recovery lifestyle.
