For the past 13 years, Crystal has worked in the mental health field in private and nonprofit agencies, long-term facilities and hospital settings with individuals across the lifespan.
Crystal provides counseling to adults who are "stuck" with experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and relational conflicts.
Crystal has experience working with individuals who are diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders; and have helped them to navigate the recovery process.

The Residential Service Waiver (RSW) consist of the Specialized Behavioral Support (SBS) and the Expanded Community Services(ECS) programs which were developed by Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
The RSW program provides behavioral support to long-term facility staff and individual care to clients to help maintain community placement.
Clients who participate in the RSW program are transitioning from a hospital setting and/or at risk for losing placement due to behavioral issues.
