I love helping people find their way out of feeling helpless and lost. It is such a joy to see someone find that inner strength within to empower themselves to achieve their goals. No matter where we are in life, childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, we can find ourselves lost and in need of guidance. Or at other times, drowning and in need of a flotation device!

Either way, I feel confident we can find a way to getting you to a healthier place. Sometimes we find ourselves in a place that wasn't quite where we expected. I enjoy coaching those who want to change their path, no matter how big or small of a change. That change may be within you, or may be something in your life. With my coaching, I will help you get there.

I have been a clinical social worker for over 20 years. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My experience also includes working in hospitals and outreach in the community.
