If you are lately feeling empty, sad, and experiencing physical symptoms like constant body pain for unknown reasons, there might be something wrong. A prolonged period of deep stress, grief, or some relationship conflict can trigger a serious mental illness, putting you in the most vulnerable state. You may lose interest in all activities and find yourself in a spot of complete mess.

In such a case, you may need to find a therapist or psychiatrist in the Philadelphia/Main Line area and check if you need psychotherapy or counseling sessions. Therapeutic intervention of a mental health professional like psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or family therapist can help you to address your psychological issues. We at Positive Mind and Body can help you clear the hurdles that are blocking your growth.

We are a team of experienced medical professionals specializing in offering evidence-based treatments for depression, behavioral issues, anxiety, mood disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, weight problems, relationship problems and a full host of other mental health issues.
