Founder of Jeremy Frank and Associates, a Philadelphia-based group of addiction counselors, Jeremy Frank is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who has been helping people address any and all aspects of addiction for over 25 years. He specializes in substance abuse and dependency, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, and has experience in treating 'behavioral addiction' such as sex, love, gambling, shopping, and food.

Jeremy assembled like-minded clinicians at Jeremy Frank and Associates who have similar training, experience, and approaches to treatment and recovery. They accommodate requests for male or female counselors, older or younger, and sometimes counselors with very specific training in particular areas. Jeremy's approach to addiction counseling is a collaborative process in which he can help his clients find comprehensive solutions to their goals.

He understands that there is no one treatment for addiction that will work for everyone.
Services
As a licensed psychologist and certified addiction counselor with a private practice in Philadelphia, I've had extensive experience working with many different clients and patients in numerous settings.
In commitment to our community, I established Jeremy Frank & Associates, a group of like-minded individuals who aim to promote the health and well-being for those who want to address substance use and other mental health issues.
Areas in which we specialize include addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, stress, sexual orientation, and much more.
As a group of private practice clinicians, all of us at Jeremy Frank & Associates are dedicated to providing qualified, relevant, and empirically-based approaches to professional mental health services in the Philadelphia and surrounding area.
We work with individuals, couples, and families to address goals in the areas of substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, mental health issues including anxiety and depression, and life transitions.
We believe we can help individuals and families navigate any phase of their drug or alcohol use and recovery.
There are many ways that our therapists at Jeremy Frank & Associates can help.
When you call our practice, Jeremy or an associate will be available to discuss your needs, concerns, and questions.
It may be helpful to ask for exactly what you are looking for if you know what that is.
Of course, many clients don't know exactly what they want or need so meeting with one of us as an initial appointment or consultation should allow for clarification.
The majority of our work is with individuals, though we also provide sessions with couples and families.
At Jeremy Frank & Associates, we implement primarily evidence-based and empirically informed approaches to counseling.
My own approach is eclectic but I use behavioral, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques in my work.
What does that mean?
Basically I like to be an open book with what I am doing, thinking and feeling in the therapy sessions.
I believe in educating and matching clients to various treatment options as no one program or approach is a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Counseling is a process where a client and therapist work together to determine an agenda that will accomplish a client's goals for therapy if the client knows what their goals are.
Each of us at Jeremy Frank & Associates is committed to the ethical conduct of therapy with the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.
We value individualism, diversity, and personal choice while nurturing a comfortable atmosphere that encourages open and honest dialogue to facilitate a catalyst for real, sustainable change.
